This comforting and nutritious Asian-inspired soup contains garlic, turmeric and ginger to help fight infection, reduce inflammation and increase circulation. It will keep you cozy and warm and is a delicious winter treat.
Immune Booster Soup

Tip: For a heartier meal you can add rice noodles (Gluten-Free).
5 cloves of garlic, crushed 1.5 tablespoon finely grated ginger 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 litre organic chicken stock – salt reduced* 500 g hormone free, antibiotic free chicken breast, cut into chunks 2.5 tablespoons tamari* 5 tablespoons mirin* 1 bunch of coriander, leave chopped finely
**These products contain yeast. Homemade chicken stocks are yeast-free.
Dice chicken into small chunks.
Pour Chicken Stock into large pot and bring to boil.
Combine the garlic, turmeric, ginger, and chicken.
Simmer for 15-20 mins over a low-mid heat, ensure chicken is cooked through.
If making with noodles, add 50g of thin rice noodle or vermicelli 1-2 minutes before serving along with the mirin, tamari and chopped coriander.
